Answer: "Pluto can be very underhanded, very demanding. Pluto is the only planet whose energy simultaneously goes out and in; it's like Scorpio--sucking you in. Scorpio and Pluto are the only factors in astrology like that. So people with Venus in Scorpio or with Pluto-Venus close aspects (especially the stressful ones) are often subtly demanding.
